African enterprise trust infrastructure

Verified. Ready. Connected.

Bhota Africa turns fragmented enterprise information into trusted, opportunity-specific evidence — for procurement, investment, trade and strategic partnerships.

Illustrative example — evidence completeness and readiness are always shown separately, never blended into one score.

The problem

The problem isn't capability. It's proof.

African enterprises routinely lose procurement, investment and partnership opportunities — not because they aren't ready, but because they can't efficiently demonstrate it in a form institutions can trust and assess.

Institutions, in turn, struggle to identify credible enterprises amid fragmented, inconsistent evidence. Bhota Africa closes that gap.

How it works

One evidence layer. Six functions.

An enterprise connects its business evidence — registration, compliance, financial records, operational capacity, certifications, governance and digital/AI readiness. AI structures and continuously assesses it, in this order:

1

BA Evidence

The foundation. Every claim carries a source, a verification method, and a date.

2

BA Verify

Checks whether a claim can be substantiated against authoritative sources.

3

BA Ready

Assesses whether an enterprise meets the specific requirements of a defined opportunity — not a generic score.

4

BA Improve

Turns identified gaps into a clear path forward.

5

BA Connect

Matches enterprises with the opportunities and partners their evidence actually supports.

6

BA Intelligence

Surfaces the readiness patterns that matter across a sector or group of enterprises.

The trust mark

Bhota Africa Verified ✓

Bhota Africa Verified ✓ is a status — awarded only once an enterprise's evidence has been reviewed against defined verification criteria, with human oversight. It is never automatic, and it is never the same as a preliminary assessment.

Leadership

Khanyisa Cwenga Buso is the Founder and CEO of Bhota Africa Group (Pty) Ltd. Her work sits at the intersection of African development, data governance, AI governance and digital transformation.

She is developing Bhota Africa around a specific institutional problem: African enterprises often possess significant capabilities and supporting documentation, but the information required to assess those capabilities is fragmented across documents, systems and institutions.

Her role at Bhota Africa focuses on product strategy, enterprise-readiness methodology, governance, institutional partnerships and the translation of policy and data-governance principles into practical digital infrastructure.

Ultimately, her work is about connecting African enterprises to the institutions, markets and partners that can help them grow — turning proven readiness into real opportunity.
